A name, telephone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the provider that supplies the result experience. Medina Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those searches on its own servers. A message sent through a contact route contains only the information included in that message and is used to respond.

Aggregate information helps maintain the service and understand which reference pages are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics or advertising measurement.

Medina County and Ohio portals, library collections, archives, and sponsored search providers have their own rules. Their privacy statements control information submitted directly to them, including information entered into a sponsored result tool.
